Activate Membership
Membership is an add-on to Bilberry Base, which can be activated upon request. This is generally covered through initial onbaording/training. The add-on has to be activated by our support team.
When activated, the add-on enables the possibility of end user accounts where you can sell membership products called value cards (such as monthly- or seasonal memberships and punch cards) that are directly connected to an account. This can give you insight about who the users are, how often they are visiting etc.
The Membership add-on is also stretched to offer a Point Of Sales (POS) solution that connects with SuSoft.
Activate the Membership Add-On
To activate the Membership add-on in Bilberry Base, our team will need to enable this. Just let us know through a request in our Support Channel. We will activate the add-on and find a time for an onboarding session where the Membership add-on is explained further.
To initialize the activation, our team will need some information about the operation that is going to use it.
Please share the information explained under (General Company Information and Site Information) to the support team in your request.
