Collect Information as a Guide
As a guide, you would need to collect information about the guests you will welcome to your tour.
Collecting Information
You can find the tour from either My roster or Your calendar:
From My roster:
Find the project/tour you want to collect information from and click on the name of the project.
From Your Calendar:
Find the project/tour in the calendar and click on it.
Inside the project, you will have different information options.
Guestlist: This is where you will find an overview of the questions the customers answered upon booking.
Itinerary: This opens a link to the itinerary of the tour, where information about the project is gathered within a public link.
In the Bookings section, you will have an overview of all the bookings on this tour.
You will be able to mark these bookings as arrived, by clicking Mark as arrived.
In the Tasks section, you can add tasks for you as a guide to complete.
In the Accidents report section, you can add a new deviation by clicking Add deviation.
In the Guide notes section, you can view or add notes for the project.
If you have the additional roles of Staff+ or Team member, your access to collect information will be slightly different with more options than described above.
