Create a Product Notification
A Product Notification is a personalized email you can send to customers who have booked an activity. You can schedule these emails to be sent either before or after the trip.
Navigate to Products → Product Notifications.
Click Add new product notification.
Select the Product from the dropdown.
Enter the Subject and Body of the email.
In the Days Relative to Delivery Date field, enter the number of days before or after the activity that you want the email to be sent.
To send before the activity, enter a negative number (ex. -3).
To send after the activity, enter a positive number (ex. 3).
Click Create.
Click the check button
to enable the notification.
A pop-up will ask if you’re sure you want to set this to active. Click OK.
