Edit a Value Card
A value card in Bilberry Base is a membership product that grants access to specific activities over time — such as a monthly pass, punch card, or time-limited subscription. It can include rules for how often and when it can be used, what products it applies to, and whether it offers discounts. Value cards are highly configurable, with usage limits based on time periods, product types, or what is added to the shopping cart.

Maximum number of concurrent uses:
Maximum number of concurrent uses
Means the usage in the same time period (e.g., 05.08.25 10:00 --> 05.08.25 14:00 is a time period of 4 hours). With a value set to 1, a value card can only be used for one booking periods at a time. If the card is already in use during a given time period (e.g., for Climbing), it cannot be used again simultaneously for another activity (e.g., Sauna).Maximum number of concurrent uses for product type Monthly pass.
With a value set to 1, only one value card per product type can be used at the same time. Even if you have multiple value cards (e.g., for Climbing and Sauna) under the same product type (e.g., Monthly access), only one can be active in a given time period — preventing overlapping bookings within the same category.Maximum number of concurrent uses for the same Bilberry product?
With a value set to 1, a value card can be used for multiple bookings in the same time period, as long as each booking is for a different product. This prevents double-booking the same product within the same time frame.
Maximum number of uses in the same booking?
This feature applies the same logic as concurrent usage rules but instead of looking at past bookings, it checks what’s currently in the shopping cart. It limits how value cards can be used within a single purchase, regardless of the activity start times.Maximum number of uses in the same booking?
This feature ensures that a value card with a value of 1 can only be used for one product per booking. It cannot be applied to multiple products (e.g., Climbing and Sauna) within the same booking, even if the activities occur at different times.Maximum number of uses for product type Monthly pass in the same booking?
This feature ensures that if you own multiple value cards of the same product type (e.g., Monthly pass), only one of them can be used in a single shopping cart. You cannot combine multiple value cards of the same type to pay for items in the same purchase.Maximum number of uses for the same Bilberry product in the same booking?
This feature ensures that a value card with a value of 1 can only be used to pay for one item per eligible product in the shopping cart. So if the cart contains two separate bookings for Climbing the value card can only cover one of them, not both.
