Set Availability for Guides
Who can use this feature?
Users with Admin or Staff role.
Adding availability for guides ensures they can be assigned to tours and gives schedulers an overview of who is available to work. This allows for smoother planning and prevents scheduling conflicts. Availability can be adjusted as needed to reflect work hours, time off, or other commitments.

The Add Availability Page
Set Availability as an Admin
Navigate to Personel β Overview.
Find the guide in the overview list and click Menu
β Availability.
In the Add Availability section, ender the Date or Date Range for the availability.
Select the Type (Availability, Sickness, Vacation, or Busy).
Add Closeout dates if needed.
(Optional) Add a Note.
Click Register.
Set Availability as Staff
In the left side menu, click Availability.
In the Add Availability section, ender the Date or Date Range for the availability.
Select the Type (Availability, Sickness, Vacation, or Busy).
Add Closeout dates if needed.
(Optional) Add a Note.
Click Register.
What are closeouts?
If there are specific dates within the given period that donβt apply to the type of availability chosen, you can add closeout dates.
Example: The guide is on Vacation from 7-22 June, except 15 June.
