Set Guide Threshold

Guide Threshold is the quantity of guides you need per x number of guests for the product.

The Guide Threshold tab becomes available if Need staff? is toggled on in the Product Settings tab.

1. Navigate to the Product 8Products → Products → click the product name) → Guide Threshold tab.

2. Enter the Quantity of people per guide.

   1. Example: 1-8 guests requires one guide. If more than 8 have booked (between 9-16), then you need another guide to be added to the tour.

3. Enter the number of Guides Required.

4. Click Add.

   

5. Repeat to set several thresholds if needed.
