Add an Agency
Here is a step-by step on how to create an agency for internal use or for your external partner/tour operator.
All back-office bookings are done via an agency. You will have to create an agency for your own company if you want to create back-office bookings.
Navigate to Settings → Agencies.
Click Create new agency.
Fill in all the information displayed in the form.
Click Ok, save.
Add Users to the Agency
After you have created the agency you need to add the agencies users. The users will have access to log in to the agency portal and do bookings. You can add as many users as you like.
Click Add user.
Fill in name and the email address for the user.
Click Add user.
The user will receive an email requesting to create a password for their agency user login.
Add Payment to the Agency
You can choose what payment options the agent will have in the creation of their agent bookings.
Navigate to the Payment tab.
There will be four options to choose from. It is possible to select multiple options.
Invoice: if agreed upon, you can set up a invoicing agreement. Fill out the necessary fields required.
Credit card: Will make the payment provider window available for credit card payment in checkout.
POS: Exclusively used internally within your own company. This makes it possible to create bookings through POS.
Payment Link: Makes it possible to create payment links to send out to customers.
