Connect a Resource to a Product

Create and allocate resources to your products to avoid double bookings and ensure resources are where they should be.

  1. Navigate to the Product (Products → Products → Select the one you’d like to edit).

  2. In the General section, go to the Resources field.

  3. Select the Resource that should be connected to this product in the list.

  4. Click Save Changes.

If you connect the resource before you have added availability (tour period or a single tour) for the product, the resource will join when you do.

If you add/change the resource in the product settings after you have already added availability, the resource needs to be added to the tour period or single tour. Follow the steps in our guide Edit a Tour Period to learn how.
