Log into Your Base Account

Follow these steps to login to your company’s Base Account:

1. To navigate to the login page, open your browser and enter your company’s Base instance URL into the address bar.

   1. Example: yourcompanyname.bilberry.app

2. Enter your email address and password.

3. Click Login.

Your First Time Logging In

To access your company’s Base account, an administrator must first add you as a user. If you're an administrator, refer to System Users for instructions on how to do this.

The first time you log into Base, you’ll need to reset your password. Here’s how:

1. To navigate to the login page, open your browser and enter your company’s Base instance URL into the address bar.

   1. Example: yourcompanyname.bilberry.app

2. Click Forgot your password?

   

3. On the next page, enter your Email Address and click Reset Password. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.

   

4. Open the email and click Lag nytt passord (🇬🇧 Translation: Create New Password).

5. On the next page, enter your desired password two times.

6. Click Create New Password to log in.
