Add a Supplier
Blend integrates with a variety of supplier systems. There will be different fields to fill out based on what Supplier system you choose from the dropdown menu. Regardless of what supplier system you choose, you would have to get this information from your supplier.
Blend supports a connection to these Supplier systems:

Bedbank

Mews

Travia
Moving forward, we will use Bilberry Base as the supplier system example. To integrate with a Supplier that uses Bilberry Base you would need:
The Instance URL of the supplier
Example: https://zenith.bilberry.appAPI Token (which is a long string of letters and numbers)
How to add a supplier:
Navigate to Settings → Suppliers.
Click Create new supplier.
Create a name for the supplier.
Choose a supplier system in the dropdown menu.
Add the suppliers URL.
The URL also need to contain /api/agents at the end of the supplier instance URL.
Example: https//zenith.bilberry.app/api/agents
Add the API token that you have received from your supplier.
Click Save.
After creation you will be directed to the settings for the supplier.
Contact information
Field | Description |

Display to Customer | Choose if the contact information should be visible for the customer by toggling it on. |

Company name | Company name of the supplier. |
Organization number | Organization number for the supplier. |
Support email | Email of the supplier that the customers can contact. |
Support Phone | Phone number of the supplier that the customers can contact. |
Extras
The extras that the supplier have given you access to will attached to the activities.
Click on an extra and you will get the option to choose if you want to keep the default information that the supplier have provided. By clicking No, I want to edit the information you can upload your own image and write a new name and description for the extra.
