Navigate the Booking List and Filtering
This is a quick guide on how to navigate the booking list, along with an overview of the available filtering options.

Navigate the booking list
Navigate to Bookings.
In the top left corner you can search for a booking by adding the customers name or booking reference.
You can do a more detailed search by opening Show filters in the top right corner.
Combine the search criteria you write in the search bar (customer, product or reference) with the search filters provided:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Supplier | Shows bookings related to supplier products. |
Sales channel | Shows bookings created by related sales channel. |
Agency | Shows bookings related to what agency they are booked by. |
Owner | Shows bookings based on who’s the owner of the booking that has been made. *Needs clearification on this one* |
Filter by:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Product type | Filter by what kind of product type the booking has. Activity, Accommodation, Transportation, Cruise, Package. |
Booking date | Filter by booking date. You can choose to filter to a single date or a period. |
Product Date | *Needs clearification on this one* Filters bookings that |
Missing tickets | Filter to see booking that are missing tickets |
Status | Filter to see bookings based on status Booked, Cancelled, Needs booking or Pending |
Include failed bookings | Toggle this filter to include bookings that might have failed in the booking process |
Include reserved booking | Toggle this filter to include bookings that are reserved. |
Only bookings with customer comments | Toggle this filter when you only want to see bookings that includes customer comments. |
