Create a Booking

To be able to create backoffice bookings you need to have an agency. Read our guide on how to set up an agency here: Add an Agency

Booking an Activity

1. Navigate to Bookings.

2. Click Create new booking.

3. Use the built in widget to navigate to the product you want to make a booking for. Click on the product to open the modal.

4. Click on the field underneath Date and a calendar will appear:

   1. Choose the date you want to create a booking for navigating to the month and date.

5. Choose between the different starting times for your activity by clicking on the dropdown menu underneath Time.

6. Select tickets:

   1. Clicking on Select tickets will open a dropdown of all tickets options available for your activity.

7. Enter the number of tickets and click Done.

8. Click Book now!

9. Review your cart:

   1. Click Continue shopping if you want to add other products to the cart.

   2. Click Checkout if you are done.

Checkout

a. Travel cart: Here is a final review and order summary for your booking. You will be able to add extras for your activity in this window. Click on View extras and a modal window will appear. Add the extras if needed and click Done. Then click on Contact information
b. Contact information: Fill inn all mandatory fields with the customers information.
Order comment and Internal reference are fields that are optional to use. If needed, you can add a comment to the booking in case of special needs etc and/or add an reference.
Click Payment method when finished.
c. Payment Method: The booking will be marked with the payment method Invoice.
You can choose to send an confirmation email to customer by having the slider for Send confirmation email to customer ticked on.
Choose customer language: Choose the preferred language for the customer. You can choose between Norwegian and English. When language is selected, click Payment in the top right corner.

You’ve now created a booking for your customer.
